The Math Happiness Project and the MSOE STEM Center are teaming up to offer joyful, hands-on math workshops. Whether your child already loves math or is still warming up to it, these workshops are designed to build confidence, curiosity, and a sense of belonging in math.

Joyful Math Journeys: A one-day workshop where kids engage, explore, and grow as mathematicians
This summer, in partnership with the MSOE STEM Center, we’re offering drop off workshops designed to help elementary students build confidence, curiosity, and joy in math—whether they already love math or are still discovering what it can be. Our workshops meet students where they are and support their growth with warmth, creativity, and expert guidance.
Led by experienced teachers with PhDs in education, each session invites kids into meaningful, hands-on math experiences that go far beyond memorizing steps or following rules. Children will engage in playful problem-solving, make real-world connections, and discover that math can be exciting, empowering, and fun.
